FAQ
Will my recurring clean be on the same day each time, with the same cleaner?
Yes, we will allocate you a recurring spot in our schedule with the same cleaner each time. If there are any changes to your booking we will let you know.

Do you bring your own equipment?
We will bring everything we need except for a toilet brush and toilet cleaner. Please have these available at each toilet to be cleaned.

Do I need to be home while the cleaner is there?
Nope, we have trusted staff who are trained to be in your home unsupervised. If you are home, thats OK, too! We love to meet our clients.

How do I pay?
To make booking and paying as easy as possible for you, our secure payment system will put a hold on your credit card and only charge you once the booking is completed.

Are your products safe to use with septic-tanks?
Our products are all certified-organic and biodegradable, safe to use with all septic systems.
